Recovery Timetable / Sauna & Ice Sessions

All Recovery sessions give you 1hr access to our Recovery studio featuring a Nordic Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Ice Baths, PEMF mat, Red light therapy, Dr Dennis Gross LED face masks, Theragun tools. All sessions a mixed and 1hr in the Recovery doesn’t include changing time. We have a female and male changing rooms with 6 showers and a single unisex shower. Aesop Shower gel and GHD hairdryers and GHD straighteners are available for sue after your session.

As we grow and build momentum, we plan to expand our offerings to include more yoga classes and additional sauna and ice bath sessions.
